Carrying On the Family Tradition

Estate planning is in Brad Henry's blood. His father practiced as an estate planning attorney, and Brad grew up watching him sit with clients, listen closely to their concerns, and ease their worries with plans built around their actual wishes. That early exposure shaped the way Brad approaches his work with LifeBinder, helping ensure every platform feature reflects what families and the professionals who serve them need most.

Deep Expertise in Estate Planning

LifeBinder was built on a simple belief: a plan only matters if it can be found, understood, and used when the moment arrives. Brad's background as a practicing estate planning attorney makes him a critical voice in shaping that belief into a working system. His firsthand knowledge of how families struggle to locate and act on documents informs the platform's structure at every level, and this attorney- and advisor-informed design is part of what makes LifeBinder a true execution system built around real client experience.

A History of Legal Excellence

Before joining LifeBinder, Brad spent the first 12 years of his legal career in probate and fiduciary litigation. He represented clients in courtrooms and mediation rooms, working through the disputes that erupt after a loved one passes away without a clear plan in place. Every day, he translated complicated estate issues into plain language for judges and families alike. In 2019, Brad made a deliberate shift away from litigating estate disputes and toward preventing them before they start.

That decision led him to LifeBinder, where he now helps professionals and families avoid the very conflicts he spent over a decade untangling in court. Brad's role directly reflects LifeBinder's mission: bringing clarity, control, and continuity to life's most important information so it can be structured, secure, and ready when it counts. His work turns careful planning into dependable, real-world action.
